Target fans will soon have more stores to choose from.
The popular Minneapolis-based retailer has plans to open new stores across 22 states, including six new stores in both Florida and Texas.
"From the Big Apple to the California coast and in between, our stores are at the center of how we serve our guests," according to Target's website. "And that's why we're continuing to invest in new stores in neighborhoods across the country."
The retailer says it looks at a number of factors, such as how it can best meet a community's needs, site constraints and other area Target stores, and works closely with local officials to "develop stores that truly make shopping easy, inspiring and affordable."
