Christina Hendricks has been working on her renewed home interiors for quite a while, often giving fans' glimpses at her progress along the way, and now, she's debuting some of her finished designs—and fans are dubbing her the "Queen of Maximalism."

The Mad Men actress took to Instagram over the weekend to show off her work, and the eclectic mix of vintage pieces and busy patterns left many fans falling in love with her decidedly different choices.

"I JUST WENT FOR IT!" the Good Girls star, 50, excitedly opened the caption of the Aug. 17 post. "This office has been this God awful 'magic castle' purple for over ten years and I hated it when I did it and I’ve hated it ever since," she wrote, adding, "So I FINALLY stopped over thinking it and added layers and layers. One choice informed the next which informed the next, etc. There was no real plan on this one."

The upload included an 11-shot gallery of images of the inside of her house, showcasing both before and after photos of the now-complete office space. The bold room included bright pops of red, several vintage lamps, dark grey wallpaper featuring a feather pattern, and gold accents throughout.

Hendricks continued to provide insight on the renovation: "The paper came first, more brown than expected🤷🏼‍♀️, then I painted the old dresser that I acquired with the purchase of the house in that beautiful #incarnadine@farrowandball red. Which led to bringing in some vintage cinnabar pieces. But I quickly realized I needed to color drench the Moulding and baseboards before the paper went up or it would look choppy. Got everything up and realized I had to do the ceiling too🙄. Had to be done. And that made the chandelier that’s been there 15 years stand out for the first time!"

"Then I found this incredible reproduction fabric downtown in the fabric district that mimicked 1930’s chinoiserie prints for the drapes and added soft lacey sheers for even more romance. The snake mirror never felt right in my hallway but pulled this room together in its new home perfectly along with lamps shopped from other rooms in the house. And lastly… my old reupholstery trick. Found vintage red floral fabric on @etsy and @leejofa for the back of the chairs. Now the room is a dream. Gives me #dianavreeland vibes," she added.

After giving fans the full rundown on how it all came together, The Buccaneersactress couldn't help but admit, "I can’t get enough of the drama," while proclaiming of her styled office, "Chinoiserierooms. Homemakeover. Actressinteriordecorator. Dramaticoffices. Opiumdenoffice. Layeredprints. Moreismore."

Fans on Instagram raced to the comment section with their thoughts on the renovation.

"Your British side shines through in these home updates & I’m obsessed 😍. It’s a masterclass in interior design," one raved, before suggesting, "We need a coffee table book now Christina😂."

"Very Classy😮," wrote another, while a third called it "Spectacular 🔥."
