Nicholas Galitzine is a scheming house guest with bad intentions in Entertainment Weekly's exclusive first look at the trailer for 100 Nights of Hero.
From writer and director Julia Jackman, the historical fantasy dramedy concerns a neglectful husband who places a secret wager to test his wife, Cherry's (played by Maika Monroe), fidelity, enlisting the help of a charming and dangerously seductive visitor by the name of Manfred, played by Galitzine.
"Manfred is an exceptionally charming and Machiavellian man who aims to restore his former honor by capturing the affections of his friend's wife through a bet they make," Galitzine tells EW. "There is a sliver of goodness within him, but he is very much a product of the patriarchal society he's bred in."

He calls the film "an otherworldly fairytale about true love and those who come between it," adding of the devious Manfred, "He is relentless in his ambitions and pursuit of Cherry."
Such pursuits may not be fruitful, as Cherry's sharp-witted maid — and seeming love interest — Hero (Emma Corrin), grows suspicious of the guest. Hero's skepticism and affection for Cherry are apparent in the trailer, which also offers glimpses of the stellar ensemble cast: pop star Charli XCX (!), Felicity Jones, Richard E. Grant, and Amir El-Masry. Slated for an October theatrical release, the film is an adaptation of Isabel Greenberg's popular 2016 graphic novel of the same name.

“Films like this are the reason I love my job," Corrin says. "Julia has brought the beloved graphic novel to the screen with so much feeling, heart, and vision. Who doesn’t love an imaginary medieval world? Especially one containing Maika Monroe, Nick Galitzine, and Charli XCX.”
Monroe echoes the sentiment. "From the moment I first read the script, I was immediately drawn to the story," she says. "After meeting Julia and hearing her unique vision for the film, I knew I had to be involved. Filming in a castle added a sense of magic on set, and the amazing cast and crew truly made the project unforgettable." There was "never a dull moment on set" with Corrin and Galitzine, Monroe says.
"They 'forced' me to do TikToks," Galitzine says of the antics. "We did Charli's 'Apple' dance."
