The third episode of “South Park” Season 27, titled “Sickofancy,” once again depicted President Donald Trump with a micro-penis and mocked him for accepting bribes from Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Apple CEO Tim Cook. It also reunited him with Satan in bed, where Trump asked to have sex with the devil and use the Apple gift as a sex toy.
The episode featured the return of the weed-smoking, talking towel Towelie, who teamed up with Randy Marsh to create a marijuana and tech company called Techridy using the power of ChatGPT and micro-doses of ketamine. To expand their new business, Towelie heads to Washington, D.C., which is overrun by Trump’s soldiers, to ask the president to legalize marijuana around the country. As a bribe, Randy allows Trump to keep Towelie…but it’s revealed in the final moments that Trump uses the talking towel as a post-sex, clean-up rag.

Cook and Zuckerberg make cameos in the episode in a long line of politicians who give gifts to Trump. There are also representatives from Florida and Qatar, and everyone reassures Trump that he doesn’t have a small penis as they hand him a gift. As Towelie makes him way through D.C., he spots the Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln memorials sporting new Trump faces — complete with unzipped pants revealing tiny genitals.
The White House has already lashed out at “South Park.” The season premiere featured Trump begging for sex from Satan and included a deepfaked PSA of the president getting nude in the desert. The episode provoked a fiery response.
“The Left’s hypocrisy truly has no end – for years they have come after ‘South Park’ for what they labeled as ‘offense’ content, but suddenly they are praising the show,” said White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers. “Just like the creators of ‘South Park,’ the Left has no authentic or original content, which is why their popularity continues to hit record lows.”
Season 27 of Trey Parker and Matt Stone’s animated series has been the most popular in years. Episode 2 of the newest season, which featured a puppy-shooting Kristi Noem, averaged 6.2 million global multiplatform viewers in its first three days of release. The episode also saw its highest live+3 ratings on Comedy Central since 2018.
“South Park” Season 27 has also been one of the most talked-about in recent memory, especially by the individuals the show parodies. After the previous episode premiered, Noem slammed her portrayal as “so lazy” and “petty.” In addition to the puppy killing, the United States Secretary of Homeland Security was depicted as the leader of ICE with a face that repeatedly melts off due to failing plastic surgery.
“It’s always the liberals and the extremists who do that,” Noem said on Glenn Beck’s radio show. “If they wanted to criticize my job, go ahead and do that, but clearly they can’t, they just pick something petty like that.”
